CIL Process Engineer
(Jawa Tengah – Cilacap)

Responsibilities:

• Scope of works:
• To provide professional chemical and process engineering support for the CC Plant, specifically (but not limited to):
• Cement Grinding CC-2 and Kiln CC-1 (main responsibilities)
• Cement Grinding CC-1 (Second line responsibilities)

Requirements:

• Education:
• Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Chemistry
• Engineering Diploma with minimum 10 years experience
• Experience:
• 3-5 years experience in heavy processing industry with a focus on process improvement
• Preferably in the materials handling or pyro- processing industry
• Cement processing experience in areas of process
• Chemistry optimisation and plant improvements.
• Computer literacy:
• Computer literacy ; SAP, Office & Lotus Notes
• Language:
• English proficiency, oral & written
• Other qualification / skills:
• Ability to challenge the ways things are done in an innovative way
• Ability to respect and evaluate new ideas inn a professional manner
• Ability to deal with a process improvement issues with a high degree of professionalism

• Escalate all of the special case unit which related to quality issues to Asia Pacific team so as to achieve the compliance level
• Up date information regarding service operation matters from Acer Asia Pacific to Service Operation department effectively
• Provide recommended solution to On Site Service regarding special unit case to be repaired in order to meet the agreed level of Service Level Agreement & Customer Satisfaction Index
• Conduct training for product and technical update to engineer and technical group in order to improve their performance so as to support the achievement of department objective

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years working experience as 2nd level support in Smart Phone or Brand Computer
• English is mandatory
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience on Microsoft Windows O/S, Networking, Security, Unix, Database (SQL, Oracle, Progress), Lotus Notes, and Microsoft Office applications
• Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Engineering – Electronics/Communication or equivalent.
