 BRANCH MANAGER (BM)

Position Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years working experience in Foreign Banks as a Branch Deputy Manager/Manager
  • Has managerial level experience in branch banking operations
  • Has marketing experience, both funding and lending
  • Has experience in implementation of commercial and corporate credit.
  • Has relevant experience in handling working capital loan, project financing, trade finance, etc)
  • Fluent in English is a must, fluent in Mandarin is preferable
 DEPUTY HEAD OF LOAN ADMIN (DHLA)
 Position Requirements:
  • Graduated from reputable university majoring in Law
  • Min 5 years working experience in the same field
  • Has experience in handling legal documents, syndication loan, contract draft, legal risk assessment, credit administration operation, BI reporting such as : LBU, LHBU and SID and providing legal advice
  • Has ability to lead a team
  • Has a strong communication skill
  • Fluent in English is a must, fluent in Mandarin is preferable

1. Customer Service Staff (CSS)
    (Jakarta Raya)
    Responsibilities:
* Handling customer, problem escalation and follow up, handling administration job

   Requirements:
* Female/Male
* Age between 23-28 years old
* Hold min D3 degree in any major
* Having min 1 year experience in related field
* Having experience in SAP will be advantage
* Familiar with customer service report
* Customer oriented


2. Pre-Sales Staff (PSS)
   (Jakarta Raya)


   Responsibilities:
* SI/end user direct approach/visit, new product launch/support, pre-sales training,    
   market technology analysis.

Requirements:
* Male preferable
* Age between 22 – 25 years old
* Hold min S1 degree preferably majoring in IT/Engineering/Electrical
   Engineer/Computer Science
* Well knowledge of Visual Basic, C++, Java or Delphi programming language,
    operating system (Windows, Linux, Unix), TCP/IP networking
* Well knowledge of troubleshooting in computer system application and peripheral
* Excellent business communication and presentation skills
* Self starter, target oriented, and willing to travel.

3. Administration / Cum Accounting Staff (ACC)
    (Jakarta Raya)


   Responsibilities:
* PO creation, order processing, order monitoring & management, accounts payable,    
   invoice receiving,general accounting, logistic cost management, FDI calculation,   
   material master maintenance.

   Requirements:
* Male/Female
* Age between 24-28 years old
* Hold min S1 degree majoring in Accounting preferably, fresh graduates with min 1
   year experience
* Well knowledge of MS Office
* Having knowledge of SAP (MM Module) will be advantage

 
4. Branch Head – Makassar (BHMK)
    (Sulawesi Selatan – Makassar)


Responsibilities:
* Sales reporting to Dept. Head Manager, managing the branch for achieving sales  
   target and profit, manage number of customers under his/her territory and maintain  
   good relationship with channels and partners, involve in product market
   improvement and development (STP), analyze sales data for formulation global
   marketing plans and strategies, systematically identify, analyze and perform risk
   assessment through financial analyze and internal auditing.

Requirements:
* Male/Female
* Age between 30-35 years old
* HOld min S1 degree in any major
* Having experience in sales/product management min 3 years
* Excellent presentation and management skill
* Strong analytical skill
* Domicile in each area stated above (Medan)
* Willing to travel.

Acquire, retain and build strong relationships with the consumer as well

Responsibilities:
§ Setting up CRM Strategy and concept.
§ Planning all Anlene Loyalty / CRM preparation for Indonesia and
continually assess CRM agency on pilot as well as on roll out
§ Coordinate pilot with various agency and across cities, early
monitoring and feedback to ensure proper execution
§ Design the necessary reward program, pilot evaluation and data
analysis, evaluate and extend pilot learning for loyalty roll-out
§ Oversee migration of CRM program for Project Grass and integrate
to Anlene corporate CRM.
§ Develop training manual and manage the CRM training.
§ Managing customer complaint.
Requirements:
§ Bachelor degree from reputable university.
§ Experience minimum 4 years in customer relationship management
(CRM) for both CRM program, application and processes.
§ Effective communication and presentation skills as well as team
player.
§ Excellent capability in doing analysis of customer information /
data.
§ Preferred industry background: FMCG, dairy or food product in
