1. Customer Service Staff (CSS)
    (Jakarta Raya)
    Responsibilities:
* Handling customer, problem escalation and follow up, handling administration job

   Requirements:
* Female/Male
* Age between 23-28 years old
* Hold min D3 degree in any major
* Having min 1 year experience in related field
* Having experience in SAP will be advantage
* Familiar with customer service report
* Customer oriented

2. Pre-Sales Staff (PSS)
   (Jakarta Raya)

   Responsibilities:
* SI/end user direct approach/visit, new product launch/support, pre-sales training,    

   market technology analysis.

Requirements:
* Male preferable
* Age between 22 – 25 years old
* Hold min S1 degree preferably majoring in IT/Engineering/Electrical

   Engineer/Computer Science
* Well knowledge of Visual Basic, C++, Java or Delphi programming language,

    operating system (Windows, Linux, Unix), TCP/IP networking
* Well knowledge of troubleshooting in computer system application and peripheral
* Excellent business communication and presentation skills
* Self starter, target oriented, and willing to travel.

3. Administration / Cum Accounting Staff (ACC)
    (Jakarta Raya)

   Responsibilities:
* PO creation, order processing, order monitoring & management, accounts payable,    

   invoice receiving,general accounting, logistic cost management, FDI calculation,   

   material master maintenance.

   Requirements:
* Male/Female
* Age between 24-28 years old
* Hold min S1 degree majoring in Accounting preferably, fresh graduates with min 1

   year experience
* Well knowledge of MS Office
* Having knowledge of SAP (MM Module) will be advantage

 

4. Branch Head – Makassar (BHMK)
    (Sulawesi Selatan – Makassar)

Responsibilities:
* Sales reporting to Dept. Head Manager, managing the branch for achieving sales  

   target and profit, manage number of customers under his/her territory and maintain  

   good relationship with channels and partners, involve in product market

   improvement and development (STP), analyze sales data for formulation global

   marketing plans and strategies, systematically identify, analyze and perform risk

   assessment through financial analyze and internal auditing.

Requirements:
* Male/Female
* Age between 30-35 years old
* HOld min S1 degree in any major
* Having experience in sales/product management min 3 years
* Excellent presentation and management skill
* Strong analytical skill
* Domicile in each area stated above (Medan)
* Willing to travel.

    (Sumatera Utara – Medan)

Responsibilities:

LEAN ASSOCIATE

(Based in Jakarta and Medan)

Overview:

“Lean” is the latest methodology to achieve sustainable business transformation with specific period of time. It is a well-known approach, which has been used by various companies globally. Through “Lean”, you will learn 3 aspects of methodology including operation system, infrastructure management, and mind set behavior.

A self-starter, team player, good analytical thinker, lead by example, are some of the qualities which are required to become a Lean Associate. During the course of the project, you will not only learn about “Lean” methodology, but you will also understand about thebusiness and operations. One of the main objectives is to prepare you to become our future leaders and fast-track your career within the organization by preparing you with required skills and tools to be a successful manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the Lean transformation plan for site/plant including:

- Objectives and target settings.

- Resource selection and allocation.

- Transformation roadmap for site including planning, scheduling and site sequencing.

- Communication to Local Lean Transformation Leader.

- Report preparation to identify Lean issues for problem solving.

• Deliver successful transformation result at site including increased safety, quality, productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree (S1) from Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Minimum 1 year working experience in manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operation, Engineering or Material Management is preferred.
• English proficient.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
