* Prepare and monitor a CPM schedule for the project

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and issue that Call For Bids packages
* Perform bid evaluation and prepare commercial bid tabulations
* Negotiate with Suppliers
* Prepare and issue Purchase Orders
* Assists Procurement Coordinator as instructed
* Assists Expeditor / Supplier on post award Purchase Order
* Coordinate with engineering and user departments on technical aspects
* Monitor the execution of Purchase Orders
* Assume the post of Procurement Coordination for small project
* Proactive and creative with good command of English and excellent communication

Requirements:

* Minimum S1 from Reputable University, Majoring in Engineering or Equivalent
* Shall have a minimum of 5 years working experience in EPC Oil and Gas Industry for Offshore and Onshore projects

Requirements:

* Minimum Requirement: D3/S1 Degree in any major, preferably in Computer Science
* Self-motivated and results-oriented
* Proficient in MS Office applications
* Familiar with internet
* Independent and able to work with minimum supervision

Responsibilities:
  • To provide server/ system administration and technical support for Dell, HP, EMC, NetApps systems.
  • To provide server/ system administration and technical support for other core IT Infrastructure systems.
  • To assist the System Administrator Manager in all other related duties that pertains to IT Infrastructure.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience at the same field.
  • Demonstrated competency in VMware ESX, Citrix Xen Server, and
  • Microsoft Hyper-V maintenance and support.
  • Advance knowledge in VMware ESX, Citrix Xen Server, and
  • Microsoft Hyper-V.
  • Advance knowledge in SAN/NAS Storage/Network (Brocade & Cisco
  • switches, EMC Clarion, HP Eva).
  • Advance knowledge in Dell Server Hardware and tape backup.

  • Experience with Disaster Recovery and VTL is an advantage.
