We are, a PMA in bakery industry, looking for dynamic and talented candidates to be placed in CIKARANG, BEKASI to join our team as:

Responsibilities:
- To supervise HRD & GA team
- Hands on & supervise the area of recruitment, staff development remuneration (payroll) & industrial relation / employee relation
- To assist Head of Human Capital to translate strategic direction to operational initiatives
- Relate with government in terms of compliance (Ministry of Labor, Jamsostek, etc)
- To ensure a timely services delivered to employee
- Identifies process improvement and recommend solutions as needed
- Ensures employee personnel records are kept in accordance with corporate policy.
- Coach conducts to the facility’s & HR Safety
Requirements:
- Male / Female
- 28 – 45 years old
- Bachelor degree (D3/S1) in Human Resources Management, Law or Psychology
- 3 years experience in HR as generalist & GA
- High integrity, character, and values
- Proven leadership and motivational skills
- Able to prepare planning, organizing & solution of HR matters
- Deep understanding on Recruitment, Payroll, Labour Law, Government and environment liasioning
- Proficiency of relevant computer software (Microsoft office)
- A good team player as is able to work independently
- Strong organizational & communication skills, exhibits strong interpersonal skills
- Hard worker and able to work under pressure.
- Able to work flexible hours and be open to shift work
- Preferably live in the area Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Pasuruan and around.
- We provide shuttle transport point from Surabaya and Sidoarjo area to Factory
