AM Merchant Relationship

Responsibilities:

• To acquire and maintain merchant outlets to give value added benefits to HSBC cardholders.
• To monitor the performance of every merchants in terms of traffic and transactions to best utilize budget.
• To prepare necessary report, forms, design and monitoring in order to ensure all programs are comply with standard procedure.
• To maintain good relationship with merchants.
• Manage operational risk, including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting.

Requirements :

• Hold a minimum of Bachelor Degree from a reputable university.
• Has a minimum 2 years working experience in related position
• Good communication skill
• Creative
• Good appearance
• Able to work in team & independently
• Target oriented
• Strong administration skills
