Requirements:
- Female, max 30 years old.
- Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in Psychology.
- Experienced in Talent Management (recruitment, training & people development base on competency)
- Minimum Supervisory level for at least 3 years in FMCG Industry
- Experience in interview technique, Psychological test tools, scoring and interpretation
- Solid communication skills, having exposure in multinational environment.
- Good command in English (spoken and written) is a compulsory.
- Good presentation skill
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
