Requirements:

• Male / Female, age max. 28 years
• Bachelor Degree (S1), preferable from Psychology, with GPA min. 3.00
• Min. 2 years experience in human resource area
• Familiar with Recruitment selection, training & development, organization development, compensation & benefit and labor act man power rules
• Passionate about HR
• Eager to use his / her experience to implement HR systems and practices from scratch, without a lot of supervision
