HR Supervisor
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• Managing and coordinating all aspects of Human Resources, Administration and General Affairs functions
• Create and implement an effective HR & GA system & program, including recruitment, counseling, compensation, benefits & welfare management, industrial relation, training & development, government affair & legal affair, compliance of Indonesian corporate law, labor law & related laws.
• Ensure the organization is in compliance with Indonesian Labor Law as well as corporate policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Law, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible professional experiences in all aspect of Human Resources management (generalist)
• Excellent oral & written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
• Computer literate (MS Office), proficiency in English
• HR Operational (hr strategic, performance management, compensation benefit, recruitment and learning development, industrial relation)
• Have pleasant personality, be adaptable, possess a positive attitude, be self driven, hard working, good coordination
