To support our rapid business development, we are looking for the following resources:
Business Process Improvement Engineer

Responsibilities:
* Researching, developing and implementing methodology or tools which can increase software development process.
* Modify open source software which can be used to support software development process.
* Deliver training related to Java technology and software or tools.
Requirements:
* Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology.
* At least 1 year of working experience in software development industry and project management tools.
* Possess good skill in Java.
* Familiar with software development tools such version control (Subversion), unit testing (Junit/TestNG) and issue tracking (Bugzilla).
* Good exposure with sofware engineering methodology (ISO and CMMI)
* Preferably possess fair knowledge in Oracle BI application.
* Having good presentation skill or has experience as a trainer.
* Good command in English, oral and written.
* Willing to be placed in Bumi Serpong Damai – Tangerang
