- Knowledgeable in Indonesia Labor Law and regulation, Jamsostek and Pph 21
- Knowledgeable in Payroll System, compensation and remuneration, budgeting
- Computer literate, especially with Windows based applications
- Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skill
- Target oriented, creative, proactive, flexible, responsible and independent
- Highly organized individual with ability to work on multiple and task to prioritize workload regularly
